The platform's functionality extends to accessing and reviewing prior health records such as reports, prescriptions, and discharge notes. Users also have the capability to monitor ongoing laboratory and radiology reports within the app interface. Furthermore, users may establish connections with family members within their account, enabling the scheduling of appointments on their behalf and viewing their healthcare documentation.

For first-time consultations with a Medanta doctor, the app streamlines the registration process by assigning users a Unique Hospital Identification Digit (UHID). This identifier serves as a convenient bypass for registration queues during in-person hospital visits for consultations.
